Congratulations to your Scholar Athletes

When: Wednesday, March 15, 2023

Where: Martin’s West

Time: Arrive no later than 5:30pm for nominees, dinner begins at 6:30pm

Dress: Please make sure nominees dress in a Coat and Tie

Dear Parents, Guardians, and schools: 

Each school has purchased a table with 6 tickets. Please be in touch with the school to see who will be sitting at the table. The nominee does not need a ticket as they are at the head table. 

If you need to purchase extra tickets you may purchase individual tickets or full tables online here before February 15. Tickets you have purchased will be mailed to your address. You must have a ticket to enter the dinner. 

Please read through the letter sent to the nominees. It will tell you everything you need to know about the event. 

We are sending this separate from the nominees because we wanted to offer you a chance to surprise and congratulate your nominee in the booklet at the dinner. There will be about 500 people in attendance and the book will be online as a pdf after the event.
